So I log into Youtube this morning and see a gigantic Assassin’s Creed advertisement at the top of Youtube.com. It’s promoting the world premier of Assassin’s Creed Lineage – a short movie set in the world of Assassin’s Creed. So far only Part I has been released. It’s about 14 minutes. You must have a Youtube account to view the movie because they have to verify your age.

I’m not going to give the movie away – but it’s pretty damn cool. It’s live action and uses real people, rather than CGI. I would embed it here on the site, but because it’s an official movie it won’t let me. For those of you who have been dreaming of an Assassin’s Creed movie coming to the big screen – this is just a small glimpse of what is possible in the AC environment.
