I remember when Assassin’s Creed was launched back in November 2007 we were told that the single player campaign would last about 40 hours. Well, anyone who has played Assassin’s Creed to the end knows that it only takes about half that time to finish it.
So my question to you today is, should there be an Assassin’s Creed sequel, would you rather it have a longer single player campaign or having some multiplayer aspect to it. The key is to add something to this game to make it last longer.
Some fans enjoy single player games. Maybe they don’t have internet hookup to get online and play? Or maybe there just aren’t any solid multiplayer ideas? While other fans could care less about a single player game and only go after multiplayer modes. That’s how I was with Gears of War. I never played more then 10 minutes of the single player game, but played hours online.
So what would you choose? Post a comment and let me know.
Also, don’t forget that you still have a chance to win Assassin’s Creed for free on Xbox 360!

Surely a multiplayer feature would give the game a more fun feeling. But it has to be set up so that it is interesting and fun to play. No mindless silly objectives. Interactivity with other players is a must. Just some creative ideas transformed into simple solutions.
I rather abandon multiplayer if there’s no replayability value behind it. There are hundreds games out there which keep server going on after several years.
Btw, fix a scroll to this text-box.
I don’t have internet, but even when i get a chance to use my xbox 360 on the internet, i only use it for football and for FPS. I think that Assassin’s Creed should have a longer single player campaign. The last game was so great because it had two storylines intertwined over hundreds of years. I would like to see a similar setup in the next one, only more of it.
