What do you think of the possibility that Assassin’s Creed can become similar to the Prince of Persia series? Prince of Persia has 7 games in their main series and 3 spin-offs or remake games. PoP has been around since 1989 and crosses all major platforms. I remember playing it back on my C64 with a joystick. Those were the days.
Assassin’s Creed is very young still, but with the sequel already in works, and plans of a trilogy… do you think this game can stand the test of time and turn into a masterful series. Not all series have to be continuations of the previous title. Take a look at Final Fantasy… almost every game is completely different from the previous.
I’m not sure if Assassin’s Creed will make it to 10 games, but I think 3-4 is definitely a possibility.

No, you don’t remember… as PoP was never ported from the Apple II original to the 64 – only to the CPC. There was only a fan attempt to port it, but even that ended with just a demo scroller of one level.
