One of the best things about the Assassin’s Creed community is that the fans love creating fan art for this game and it’s characters. In addition to costumes, fans create sigs, avatars, and in this case desktop wallpapers.
I found this picture on Flickr. The creater took an existing Assassin’s Creed wallpaper and photoshopped his face on to Altair. I think he did a great job with the transitions and shadow effects. It looks so real.

LOL, Shouldnt he be looking at the enemy. There is a chance he might miss and stab himself in the leg.
