Ubisoft recently announced a release date for the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed 2. The game will be release in North America on November 17, 2009 and in Europe on November 20, 2009. Assassin’s Creed two will be available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

I remember a few months ago Ubisoft kept saying that we shouldn’t expect a sequel and that they didn’t mind waiting years for a release. Guess the pressure finally built up and forced them to act quickly.
