I know that street beggars and singers are part of Assassin’s Creed 2, as they were in the original, but damn can they be annoying sometimes. Nothing is worse then walking the streets and some beggar comes up to you. It takes a lot of will power and restraint to not shove a sword through the guys heart.
And what about the singers? You have a couple of options with them:
- Stop and listen to their music
- Punch them in the face and run
- Throw money on the ground and watch them grovel
- Grab and throw them up against the wall
- Kill them and attract the guards
Well hotshot? What’s it gonna be?

The singers are easy. Pick pocket them and they’ll leave you alone and won’t raise the alarm of having been robbed.
To deal with the bards, go into High-Profile Mode and walk into them. They’ll drop their instruments and stop performing.
No boost in notoriety, the guards won’t bat an eyelid, and it can be done easily while you’re tailing/chasing someone
I like to kill them, put them on a gondola, then throw their body out of the map. lol
