Ubisoft has finally announced a release date for the first official Assassin’s Creed 2 DLC. They announced it via Twitter and turns out the lucky day is January 28 for both Xbox 360 and PS3 – that’s this week! It will cost you 320 MS Points or about $3.99. There’s no clear answer on how long the added game play will be, but I think we can assume it will be at least 2 hours worth. That’s plenty of time for you to scale more rooftops and kill more guards.
The Battle of Forli fills in one of the missing memory segments from Assassin’s Creed 2, and sees Ezio once more take control of Leonardo’s flying machine as he helps Machiavelli and Caterina Sforza defend Forli from the Orsi brothers.
As soon as we have more info and video clips of the DLC we will post it.
